We make the process easy for any Realtor to bring a buyer to Vogt Builders. Just call or e-mail us with any questions or comments. Vogt Builders wants to work with you!
For to-be-built homes:
Just introduce us to your qualified buyer and fill out the Client Registration Form and you will receive the listed commission (1/2 the commission at the signing of a contract and receipt of down payment money from the buyer. Other ½ of the commission is paid at completion and closing of the new home). The Client Registration Form lists the minimal criteria for a Realtor to follow in order to receive the commission.
Vogt Builders uses our own contracts for 'to-be-built' homes and deal with the client directly during the whole building process. We also finance the construction of the new homes. (No construction loans for the buyers, just the final financing at closing).
For inventory homes:
As with any one time showing, Vogt Builders would still pay the full commission listed in the Client Registration Form at the time of closing.
